How do I sign up for an account?
Click on “Log In” located at the header. You can either sign up with your Facebook account, google account, or with your email address. If signing up by email address is your option of choice, then you’ll have to type in your email address and a password for your account that you will have to memorize. That’s it! Now you have a NUT Botanicals’ account!
What do I get when I subscribe to your newsletter?
You will be the first to get our latest promo codes and discounts. You will also learn about NUT Botanicals’ newest releases, product sales, blog posts and much more!
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Click on "Unsubscribe" at the footer of any newsletter you previously received, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to unsubscribe and we will remove you from our newsletter.
My email address has changed from the one I signed up with, and I no longer get emails from you. What should I do?
Click on the arrow next to your account name, then click on “My Account”. Scroll down until you see “contact mail”. Type in the email that you want us to contact you with. You can also add multiple emails. Don’t forget to click “Update Info” after you are done.
How do I place an order on NUT Botanicals’ website?
Placing an order has never been easier! All you have to do is:
Log into your account by clicking on “Log In” in the header.
To add items to your bag, click on the product you want to purchase followed by "Add to Bag". When you have all that you want in your shopping bag, click on the bag icon located at the top right of the page, then click “Checkout”.
Fill in all required information for your shipping details and click on "Continue" to choose your preferred payment method. Review your order details and order total before completing payment.
If you have an applicable promo code, enter it, and click on "Apply". The total price will be updated to show the applied promo code discount.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order, you will see your order confirmation with your order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. You will also receive an email with your order details - your order number, a summary of products ordered, prices, applied promotional codes, your shipping and billing information, and the shipping method.
How do I use a promo code?
Once you have added the needed items to your bag, you can use your promo code easily.
All you have to do is access your bag, by clicking on the bag icon placed at the top right corner of your page. Enter your promo code in the dedicated field and click on "Apply".
The total price will be updated to show the applied promotional discount.
How do I make sure that my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, check your mailbox for a confirmation mail from NUT Botanicals under the address; email@example.com. You will find an email containing your chosen shipping information, payment method and order summary.
What is the difference between shipping address and billing address?
It is NUT Botanicals’ responsibility to make sure that you have the best possible experience. So, we gave you an option to make the shipping address, which is the address that your shipment will be sent to, different than the billing address, which is the address that we will receive payment from. Just keep in mind, that this will cost you extra shipping fees, and billing comes before shipping.
What steps are you taking to ensure safe handling of products and delivery during COVID-19?

How do I return something?

I’ve received a faulty/defective item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you have been sent defective or faulty items, send us a message on our social media platforms, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the defective item stating your order number and we will assist you.
Can I return items I purchased during a sale?

Can I exchange my items?
Sure! Just visit our “Shipping & Return” page to make sure that your item is eligible for an exchange, then send us a message including a clear picture of the item you wish to exchange on our social media platforms, or email us at email@example.com.
How long does it take for my order to get delivered?
You’ll get to enjoy our products within 72 if your live in Greater Cairo, and within 5 business days all over Egypt!
It’s been over 5 business days and I still haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Here at NUT Botanicals, we try to combine clean scientific and botanical ingredient together to create premium products made for your comfort. Our products are 100% clean as they are free from parabens, artificial colorants, artificial fragrances, phenoxyethanol, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, liquid paraffin, paraffin oil, petrochemicals, bisphenol A, polyethylene glycols (PEG’s), phthalates, resorcinol, ethanolamine, mineral oils, aluminum salts, EDTA, and formaldehyde.
Is NUT Botanicals environmentally friendly?
Yes! We try to be as earth conscious as we can. That’s why you will find that our bottles are made of either glass or recyclable plastic and they come in cardboard and carton boxes.
